Anybody above the age of 18 years can contribute to a fundraiser. For donors less than 18 years of age, parents’ or guardians’ consent is required.
In order to contribute to a fundraiser, go to the fundraiser page and click on “Contribute.” You can click on the default amount or add a denomination of your own. Select your preferred mode of payment. And voila! You are a fundtogive donor.
The minimum contribution to a fundraiser is RM10
No, it is not mandatory. However, to complete a contribution, we will need your email address and billing details. Registering via your Facebook, Twitter, or Google account will allow you to speed up the contribution process the next time.
Yes, you can be shown as an Anonymous donor to a fundraiser if you wish to. Just tick “Anonymous” before making the payment. However, Fundtogive, payment gateways, and the chosen non-profit will know of your identity to maintain compliance with Malaysian laws.

The fundraiser creator is solely responsible for fulfilling reward claims. We only provide you with the details of the claimants like their name, shipping address etc.
In case, you don’t get the rewards, please reach out directly to your fundraiser creator by posting comments on the chat feature to get an update or mail us at [email protected] and we will try our best to help you out. However, we do not bear any responsibility on the delivery of rewards.

When someone does a good deed for you, instead of paying them back, pay it forward by doing a good deed for someone else. Example, donations under Pay Forward will be used to feed the needy who will be directed to go to participating eateries and eat for FREE. Their meals are paid for by the generosity and kindness of the community who participate in this program called Fundtogive Pay Forward.
Fundtogive is a for-profit social enterprise that provides crowdfunding support for social, medical, personal and creative causes. To ensure the best services, we have to incur various costs for maintenance, provide 24×7 fundraising support, market campaigns and disburse funds. Our fees also help us innovate and add more tools to aid you in fundraising.
Just like a hospital charges a fee to treat patients and a school charges fee to educate students, we charge a fee too for our services. However, we work with a motive to help our campaigner get maximum funds and therefore charge the lowest platform fees amongst all crowdfunding platforms in Malaysia.
Gold Plan is our premium service offered to certain fundraisers where the Fundtogive team helps with content creation, marketing and promotion to help your fundraiser reach more people and get more donations. Fundraisers will be chosen for Gold Plan based on Fundtogive’s discretion only.
Through Gold Plan, we not only provide guidance but also ensure that we take care of the fundraising on behalf of the campaigner. We promote the fundraisers through various marketing platforms and use our best in-house experts to help boost your campaign and bring more funds to it. Since this a customised service, that needs resources, time and effort from our end, we can only offer it to limited campaigns out of the thousands that we host each month. To be eligible, a fundraiser must raise RM1,500 at least, by itself.
Silver Plan fundraising is an additional service Fundtogive offers to help you fundraise. Silver Plan ensures that you can reach out to more donors over and above your existing network to reach your goal amount. However, a stranger or even a far off acquaintance will be more inclined towards donating to your fundraiser if they see that some amount has been raised already. Social proof that your primary network (your immediate friends, relatives etc.) are helping you is required to be able to guide you further on how to bring new donors onto your fundraiser. In a nutshell, it is a collaborative effort between you and us.
All foreign donations are reflected on your fundraiser as per the conversion rate applicable at the time of donation. However, while disbursing funds the conversion rate valid at that point will apply. All foreign donations will be subject to fluctuations in exchange rates, therefore there might be a difference between the amount you see on your fundraiser and the actual amount disbursed to you depending on the date of transfer, the market exchange rate and the rate provided by your bank. We advise you to keep your goal amount slightly higher to make up for any loss due to currency fluctuations.
For all medical fundraisers, the amount will be disbursed directly into the hospital’s account. Only in certain exceptional cases will the funds be transferred into the account of the campaigner or the patient, based on Fundtogive’s discretion. Fundtogive reserves the right to take a final call on this matter.
For NGOs, the amount will be transferred into the NGOs account only. For personal and creative causes, the amount will be transferred to the beneficiary or the campaigner.
