FundToGive is a Malaysian online fundraising platform that allows individuals and organizations to raise money for causes including medical emergencies, education, disaster relief, and social initiatives.

Anyone with a valid Malaysian bank account and ID can start a fundraiser for themselves, friends, family, or community causes.

Donors can pay using secure payment methods including credit/debit cards, FPX (online banking), and e-wallets via our integrated payment gateways.

Yes, all transactions are encrypted and handled via secure Malaysian payment processors. We also manually verify fundraisers before approval.

After your fundraiser ends or when requested, funds are transferred within 3–7 business days after verification.

Yes, you can start a fundraiser for a friend, relative, or organization in need, as long as you provide accurate information and authorization.

FundToGive charges a small platform and payment processing fee per donation to cover operating costs. This is clearly outlined during campaign setup.

After logging into your account, go to your dashboard and click "Edit Campaign" to update your goal, description, or media.

You can request a withdrawal once you've reached the minimum threshold. Our team will verify the campaign before releasing funds.

Share your campaign on social media, WhatsApp, and email. Add updates frequently and use compelling visuals to attract more attention and trust.

You may request cancellation by contacting our support team. If funds were already raised, a refund process will be initiated where applicable.
